Privacy Policy
How The Kingdom Codes handles information you share with us.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Who we are
The Kingdom Codes is Michael Watkins’s teaching ministry. Our website is https://thekingdomcodes.com. For privacy questions or requests, email michael@thekingdomcodes.com.
Information you provide
Our Contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. Our Invite form also asks for ministry and event details, contact phone number, location, scheduling preferences and proposed arrangements. We use this information to respond to you and discuss your request. Submitting either form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Please include only information needed for your inquiry. Avoid sending sensitive personal details or information about other people that is unnecessary for the request.
Free guide and welcome emails
If you request the emailed guide, we collect your email address through MailerLite. After you confirm your subscription, we send the guide, the seven-day welcome series, and occasional Kingdom Codes teachings and updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or contact us directly. The Resource Library also offers direct PDF downloads without an email signup.
MailerLite processes subscription and confirmation records, including dates, IP addresses, delivery information, and email open and link-click activity. This helps operate the mailing list and understand engagement. Email apps and security tools can affect the accuracy of these measurements. See MailerLite’s Privacy Policy and information about email tracking.
Service providers and website operation
We use WordPress and hosting services to operate the website, Network Solutions email services and Outlook to handle correspondence, and MailerLite to manage subscriptions and send the welcome series. These services process the information needed to perform their roles. Website and email services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, access times and delivery or security logs.
Cookies and external links
WordPress uses cookies for functions such as administrator login and preferences. Embedded signup services may also process technical information when a form loads or is submitted. Your browser settings allow you to manage cookies; restricting them may affect some features. When you follow a link to another website, that provider’s privacy practices apply.
Retention
Subscription information is used while your subscription is active. An unsubscribe or suppression record may be retained to help prevent unwanted future mail. Inquiry and event correspondence is retained to respond to requests and manage arrangements. Our retention policy is to delete routine Contact and Invite correspondence within 12 months after the conversation or event is complete, unless it is needed for ongoing arrangements, recordkeeping, security or legal obligations.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or stop marketing messages. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for recordkeeping, security or legal obligations. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent correspondence about an inquiry or event you have requested.
Updates
We will update this page when our practices change and show the revision date here.
Member accounts and learning progress
When you create a learning account, we store your name, email address, account credentials securely through WordPress, email verification status, and lesson completion progress. We use these details to provide account access, save your learning, send account setup and password recovery messages, and connect eligible bundle purchases to your verified email address. Purchase eligibility includes applicable access dates and gift recipient details.
Account creation does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Short-lived signup request limits help prevent abuse. We retain account and progress information while your account is active. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting michael@thekingdomcodes.com; order records may be retained where required for business or legal purposes.
